Hello! My name is Brian Brown. I'm the Business Development Director for Grand Welcome of Palm Springs. I am pleased to bring over 20 years in vacation rentals, real estate, and banking to our team. Understanding all sides of a home, from the purchase, lending and the prospect of being a successful rental, I combine it all to assist homeowners and team to provide the most information and get the best results. I understand the rental market, the competition and always consult with honesty and build relationships with each of our homeowners, building bridges of unwavering trust. Cynthia "Cindy" Nesello

Operations

Hey, I'm Cindy Nesello, born and raised in San Diego. My love for travel began at an early age, in college, during my time as an exchange student in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I lived in Florianopolis, Brazil, for 22 years, where I raised three awesome daughters and ran three restaurants and a boutique hotel. I also opened an eco-sport facility with a community cabin that slept up to 40 people. It was a blast! In 2016, I returned to the United States and now live in Coachella Valley. My passion for travel lead me to pursue a career in hospitality and vacation rental management. I love being apart of the Grand Welcome Palm Springs family. Getting to serving others and make people smile, is something I enjoy doing each and every day.

Hello! I’m Ersula Fabian, and I’m proud to be part of the Grand Welcome Palm Springs team. With over 20 years of experience in hospitality and customer service—and more than 5 years focused specifically on vacation rental management—I bring a well-rounded and detail-oriented approach to property operations. I believe that strong relationships and clear communication are at the heart of great management. When I’m not working, you can usually find me out in nature, recharging and finding inspiration outdoors.

Hi! I’m Denise Turner, the proud owner and operator of Grand Welcome Palm Springs. With over 30 years of experience in property management—and a background in business administration, leadership and marketing—I’ve had the joy of leading talented teams, managing diverse portfolios, and helping both guests and homeowners make the most of their property experiences. My passion for leadership doesn’t stop at work. I’ve been honored to give back to causes close to my heart, including serving as a Walk Chair for the Alzheimer’s Association. Community means everything to me, and I bring that same heart and dedication into every home we manage. Creating unforgettable vacation memories and helping homeowners reach their goals is what lights me up.
