How much do short term property management companies charge in Palm Springs?

Management fees depend on the home and agreed services. Ask for a written proposal that explains the management fee, additional costs and responsibilities before making a decision. This website does not publish a fixed company-wide rate.

Are short term vacation rentals allowed in Palm Springs?

Eligibility depends on the property address, its governing jurisdiction, and the approvals that apply. Start with the City of Palm Springs vacation rental program for properties inside that city. Do not assume those requirements apply to neighboring communities.

Do I need to collect and remit taxes for short term rentals in Palm Springs?
